1. Booking Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover transport and preparation costs.

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.


2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your booking:

  • Changes requested at least 24 hours in advance can be moved to a new available date at no extra cost.

  • Changes within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.


3. Weather Conditions

Due to the outdoor nature of our mobile sauna hire service, weather conditions may impact bookings.

My Sauna reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of severe weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, heavy rain, flooding, electrical hazards, or any condition deemed unsafe for operation.

If weather conditions prevent safe operation:

  • Clients will be offered the option to reschedule to a mutually agreed date. 

  • No additional fee will apply for weather-related rescheduling.

  • Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations unless rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Clients wishes to move the Sauna to a secure and covered location upon agreement. We could help move it, just contact. (FREE OF CHARGE) 

Light rain or typical seasonal conditions will not automatically qualify for cancellation.

Safety decisions are made at the sole discretion of My Sauna to protect clients, equipment, and property.


4. Equipment Issues

If the sauna experiences a mechanical issue during your rental:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • If we cannot resolve the issue promptly, you may receive a partial or full refund depending on usage time.

We are committed to ensuring your experience is smooth and relaxing.


5. Damage 

The sauna and all associated equipment remain the property of My Sauna at all times during the hire period.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the sauna is used safely and in accordance with the provided guidelines. Any damage caused during the hire period — including but not limited to structural damage, burn marks, misuse of heating elements, water damage, or damage to accessories — may result in repair or replacement charges.

If damage occurs:

  • The cost of repair or replacement will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.

  • Clients may be charged the full repair cost where necessary.

  • In cases of significant damage beyond repair, replacement costs may apply.

My Sauna reserves the right to retain part to cover repair expenses.

Normal wear and tear from standard use will not result in additional charges.


6. No-Shows

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No access to property

  • Incorrect address provided

  • No one present to receive setup

The booking may be considered non-refundable.


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order.
