By booking and using My Sauna services, you acknowledge and agree that use of the infrared sauna is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. My Sauna, its owners, employees, and affiliates (collectively “we” or “us”) shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the sauna, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or health complications.

Health & Medical Conditions

Prior to using the sauna, you represent and warrant that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that may be adversely affected by heat exposure. Sauna use may not be suitable for individuals who:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

• Have cardiovascular, respiratory, or circulatory conditions

• Have high or low blood pressure

• Have heat sensitivity, epilepsy, or other health conditions affected by high temperatures

• Are taking medication that may affect your ability to safely use a sauna

You acknowledge that My Sauna is not providing medical advice. You assume full responsibility for consulting a qualified medical professional prior to using the sauna if you have any concerns.

Age Restrictions

Persons under 18 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. My Sauna reserves the right to refuse service if minors are present without adequate supervision.

Alcohol, Drugs & Impairment

The sauna must not be used under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substances that may impair judgment or reaction. Use under such conditions is strictly prohibited and entirely at your own risk.

Safe Use & Hydration

Users must remain properly hydrated before, during, and after use. Follow all safety instructions provided at setup. Limit sessions according to recommended timeframes and allow adequate cooling periods.

Responsibility for Guests & Property

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the sauna is used safely by all participants

• Supervising guests

• Avoiding misuse or abuse of the sauna

• Protecting property surrounding the setup area

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Sauna expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Injury, illness, or death

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Claims arising from failure to follow instructions, negligence, or undisclosed medical conditions

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Safety Disclaimer, and agree to release and hold harmless My Sauna from any claims or liability arising from sauna use.
