What is My Sauna


My Sauna is a private mobile sauna hire service in Auckland. We deliver, set up, and collect a fully prepared sauna at your home, backyard, or event location — so you can enjoy a luxury sauna experience without leaving your space
Where do you operate?


We currently offer mobile sauna hire across Auckland. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
How does delivery and setup work?

We deliver the sauna to your chosen location at the agreed booking time. Our team will:

  • Position the sauna safely

  • Provide safety instructions


  • Ensure everything is ready to use

At the end of your session, we return to pack down and remove the sauna.
How long can I rent the sauna?

We offer multitude of options of how long you want to rent the sauna ranging from a day to a week. However, if interest on renting our sauna longer, please contact to meet your interest.

Rental bookings ranging from a Week and longer would require a contract signage.

How many people can use the sauna at once?

Our Sauna max capicity is 2 people. Our goal is to provide a private and personal experience.
What happens if it rains?

We do understand weather in New Zealand changes frequently. Our sauna requires a power outlet. If installed outside and it rains, it must be moved quickly for your own safety and protection of the sauna.


In cases of severe weather (high winds, heavy storms, unsafe conditions), we may reschedule your booking for safety reasons. You will always be offered an alternative date FREE OF CHARGE.
Is sauna use safe for everyone?


Sauna use involves high temperatures and may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or heat sensitivities. We recommend consulting a medical professional if unsure. All users participate at their own discretion.

One of our team members would run down the safety procedure on day of installation.
Can we drink alcohol during the session?


We recommend responsible use. Excessive alcohol consumption while using the sauna is not advised for safety reasons.
Can it be installed anywhere?


You will need:

  • A flat, stable surface (With shelter preferred)
  • Clear access for delivery
  • Adequate outdoor ventilation

  • Clear room for an outlet
